"Like the bat, or el murcielago, Spanish Cabnernet Sauvignons can sometimes be misunderstood. The country is better known for specializing in other varieties, but this Cabernet will surprise you. Garnet and purple hued, the wine features ripe red and black berries on the nose, dominated by plump cherry and plum on the palate. The pleasant acidity and warm, lingering finish show that this Spanish Cab, at least, is capable of sustained flight--much like el murcielago." Winemaker's Notes
