"The majority is fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness and bright fruit. A portion is fermented and briefly aged in neutral oak barrels, adding subtle texture and depth without overt oak influence. The final component is fermented and aged in amphora, which enhances the wine's natural minerality and structure.
